This cream is a life saver for lower back pain !!! Carrying a toddler around all day has really done a number on my back, especially towards the evening. I massage a little bit of this cream into my lower back before bed and it literally melts the pain away. I’ll use it on my neck and shoulders sometimes too if I’m feeling tense there, and it works gor that too. I love this cream! A little goes a long way too!
